Below are abdominal x-rays (KUB) showing selected samples of Gabriel feeding tube migration by effect of peristalsis on tube’s distal end balloon. In images with two panels, the left image shows the Gabriel Feeding Tube with Balloon placed in the stomach, and the right panel shows the tube migration 12 to 24 hours after placement.  Images with a single panel represent cases where a second X-Ray was unnecessary, as the tube had migrated to optimal location at the time of the first X-ray following placement.
